Before reporting an issue

Confirm Chrome and the extension are up to date.
Reload the affected Blackboard page once.
Note the extension version, Better UI page, course, reproduction steps, and visible error.
Check whether the same information or action works in Original Blackboard.
For submission problems, check the Blackboard submission record before retrying.

Protect your account and coursework

Never send a Blackboard password, authentication cookie, assignment file, submission comment, full grade record, or unredacted student page. Crop screenshots and remove names, IDs, course files, grades, comments, and session URLs.

Security reports

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through the developer contact on the Chrome Web Store listing. Do not publish active exploits or student data.
